Hi and Welcome!  I'm Stephanie, the Founder and Head Mindfulness Teacher at Self Set Free Living. My hope is that you find something of value here that will assist you to live more mindfully, with greater freedom and joy. In my own personal life, mindfulness has played a huge role in helping me reduce stress and anxiety, increase my confidence, and overall feel calmer and more in control of my life.
