Hi and Welcome! I'm Stephanie, the Founder and Head Mindfulness Teacher at Self Set Free Living. In my own personal life, mindfulness has played a huge role in helping me reduce stress and anxiety, increase my confidence, and overall feel calmer and more in control of my life.
