Body scans are designed to help you develop greater awareness of your body by tuning into bodily sensations & emotions through present moment attention. We are often so disconnected from our body and inner world, which can negatively impact our health and wellness. The deeper the self-awareness of the body, the more confident & better able you will be in managing your thoughts, emotions, and bodily sensations such as pain.
